The narrator was very informative, but he only told us stories. We only visited the outside of buildings, not permitted inside and it was hot!!

Booked this walking tour through tourcatalina.com. Met our guide Masson outside the casino and he was super friendly and full of information about the entire history of Catalina Island and not just the ghost side. He walked with us at a leisurely pace and answered any questions we had about certain buildings etc. We found the entire history fascinating as... More

So me and my wife were on the island to celebrate our anniversary and we figured what better way to learn about the history than with a ghost tour. Our tour guide Chuck was a really nice guy, however he stated he was the island historian but somehow could not get us access to any of the "haunted buildings" which... More

This Ghost tour wasn't scary, but it was an interesting way to learn about the island's history. Mason, our tour guide was energetic, eager to engage us and please. Some of the stories lacked credibility, but were entertaining nonetheless. Walking is required, so not a good choice for the fatigued or out of shape. After the tour, we did go... More

OK, like, be prepared to walk around Catalina for like 2 hours. Also, people, would you ask an actor playing Macbeth how he got ahold of Yorick's skull? NO! Just enjoy the ride; it's sufficiently creepy, like a great camp fire tale! Also, people, really? Tip your tour guide! We were the only people to do that. Super lame.

It was my birthday. After dinner at Steve's Steakhouse, we went to our hotel to change into something more comfortable. We were a little late. Therefore we missed the first 10 minutes of the tour. Lili, our tour guide knew her research. My husband grew up on the Island and I'm a regular visitor. Although, she had knowledge, some of... More

I booked a tour online for the evening of August 25th, was very excited to experience this as I had never gone on a ghost tour before. Showed up at the appointed time in front of the old Casino building, and met several other people there who were also waiting, maybe 15 people in all. One person said she got... More
