Buy shuttle bus tickets at information counter (inside Firenze Santa Maria Novella station), Euro$13 per adult and Euro$8 per teen of 14-16yrs old for round trip.

Arrive 30mins before departure time, show paper receipts for counter staff to issue coach tickets. The staff will lead the way to board the coach, 15mins walk from station.

No Gucci, no Prada….only Furla shop was more interesting with good customer service…outdated design for men wears

My wife and I travelled from Sansepolcro in Tuscany by car to the mall.

The GPS got us to the town but was no help once we reached the village edge.

Watch for the small brown signs that advertise "Outlet", and you will find it. Theres plenty of parking.

Although a little bit Disneyfied, the mall caters to a range of tastes. Clothes, shoes, kitchen goods, jeans, leather goods, kids clothing and the occasional novelty shop. Some of the shops were pushing their Christmas themed products when we were there.

December must be the ideal time as the crowds we had heard about were not an issue.

The mall itself is well thought out with plenty of well signposted toilets, seats for the blokes to rest on while their wives do the shopping thing, and a few foodie places. We ate at onemof them and the food was very good by Italian standards.

Prices are shown with the list price, then the Outlet price. I bought five items, spending over €1,000, and in every case except one, I was able to negotiate a further discount, buying one item at 20% less than the outlet price. Ask and you will receive, as the saying goes.

In the the case where my request for a discount was refused, I didn't buy the item and went to another store and achieved the discount I was after. It may not be like this in the high season.

If you are from overseas and will be making use if the tax rebate, do take your passport. Some shops didn't need to see mine since I could quote the passport number. One shop (Bridge) refused to give me the tax exemption form without sighting my passport.

I thing this place is better for shopping than in Florence. The prices are very good and compared to Florence are very low..
Very easy to find a specific store and very friendly. They have 10% discount in the tourist info.

Not much brands, small shops, lack of products.

The most silly is the information counter and the nonstop board casting reminds us there is a Hands Free Shopping Service that you just pay at shop and the shops will gather all your purchase to the information centre, then u can pick them up when u are leaving. Sounds nice, huh?

In the reality, we shopped at almost ten shops, and only Columbia did this for us. All the others including Vans, Tommy, Nike, Adidas, Lacoste, etc refused to do so.

When we finished and go back to pick up our Columbia, we told the lady what we faced when recommend this service at the very beginning, she replies "oh, yes, most of them are not willing to do this."

What's a big joke.

Plus, the shuttle from SMN is moved, but the pick up map on the website is still old, another joke.

品牌很少,商店很細,服務很慢,節扣不大。
不要相信那個服務櫃枱,他說的hands free shopping根本不存在,沒有店家願意做。歐洲outlet來說是最差的了。

This outlet is located near Florence and structured like a village along the two banks of a stream. The “metaphorical” village centre is the Prada outlet. Prada used to be a very exclusive brand, but nowadays it has outlets all over Italy. If you are especially interested in Prada, I would rather recommend a visit to The Mall, were the Prada shop is twice (or more) the size and the choice of good enormous. Other interesting shops are Diffusione Tessile for clothes of the Max Mara line and a Douglas perfumery outlet. On the whole, I prefer the Serravalle outlet managed by the same group and located in the Milan area.

I took the shuttle bus in Florence for 15 euro (roundtrip) a few days ago. I shopped at Furla, D&G, Bruno Magli and a few other stores. Deals, deals and more deals. I purchased items for very reasonable prices for designer shoes, handbags and watches. Its true the prices are 50% or more percent off the regular store prices. If you do take the shuttle from Florence do not forget to go into the information booth, show your receipt for the shuttle and you will receive a discount card with a listing of stores for an additional 10% off. The discount card is good for 1 day of shopping. I highly recommend Barberino to others for a good shopping experience.

This outlet look like a little town— and spacious parking lot. We returned 3 times to this outlet on our last visit ! There is a small indoor playground which is very convenience for a family with kids. The options for Dolce&Gabbana here less options than The Mall. No Gucci ! And there is a bookstore ! We love spent time here to shop 😍

It became a custom for me - every summer go to McArthur, BOSS outlet and buy a very nice suit for 300 EUR- one that would cost 600-800 USD in store next to me with very professional service as well. This year also went to SUPERDRY- 30% discount on new Hoodies :) Definately worth the visit- there are more than 100 stores- so whatever you want to buy discounted you will.
BTW: Always check the final prices. My wife almost bought me 2 pairs of Gallo Socks- which price was DOUBLE over what you can buy without discount anywhere !!! Good thing she checked the price before paying.

Anyway- best place to get discounts on anything up to 70%. Very rarely people walk out without any purchases :) have fun shopping (I am not fan of shopping but this one I like) :)
