We took our two grandchildren and overall we consider Duggerland is an excellent attraction but with plenty of scope to take it to another level. Having visited 10 years ago and the majority of attractions were still the same and quite frankly appear a little tired but are still great fun. Arrival, longwinded process stapling receipts to vouchers, not very... More

Our grandsons aged 9 and 12 absolutely loved it. Very well organised with high regards for safety. We stayed until closing time then had to drag them away.

Luckily had converted Tesco Clubcard points to pay for entry at only £5.50 each, otherwise would have been aggrieved to pay full admission price of £19.95 each for what was at the site. Staff were young and not interested in making the children's experience special. Only one member of staff, Ollie showed any passion for his job. Another just cursed... More

Hi there, Thank you for your comments regarding our prices and staff. Please be assured that we always welcome feedback, which helps us improve our service to customers. Please note the machines we use are real JCB diggers or dumpers and the attachments have been especially adapted in accordance with the Health and Safety Executive (HSE), therefore costing hundreds of... I had a really fun day at digger land with my three small children today. We were there nearly six hours in all and had a lovely day. However there were a few things that were not great. I paid nearly £70 for my kids and I to go in and the first thing we saw were £1 operated cars!... More

we travelled almost 60 miles and it was so worth it as we had such a great day out. Our children are 4 and 6 and really enjoyed the machines. My 6 year old son was tall enough to operate a few machines by himself which he loved. My 4 year old daughter wasnt quite tall enough but was able... More

Having come all the way from Torquay pay to get been told by the girl at the desk we could go on everything on two different rides that we were told our two 4 year old grandsons could not go on even though they reached the required height limit. Recommendations don't go very poorly organised

Disappointingly poor standard of children's play equipment. Aerial walkways were rotting, slides covered in green algae, dangerous steps for the zip wire bases. All in all a big ripoff. On a positive note, the diggers were cool, but the general state of the place is very poor. I see other reviewers feel the same

Hello, Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. The children's play equipment is something that is currently being addressed. As such new safety mats and new equipment are now in place. Best wishes, Diggerland More

This was our second visit, and I expected some exiting developments since our first visit five years ago. But every thing was exactly the same. Last time our kids were just tall enough (over 90cms) between 9 and 13 years old and they really enjoyed. This time, the only exitable ride for older kids was Spindizzy. Why can't they invest... I have to say I was very disappointed by our visit to diggerland today. We felt it was very pricey for what was there (cue diggerland response that buying and maintaining machinery is expensive). The site is surprisingly small, has quite a run down feel and seems in desperate need of investment. The play area equipment is verging on unsafe... More

Visited with a preschooler who is mad on diggers. Great fun for both children and adults. Lots to do and see. Very friendly staff.
