Gourmet by Nature Foraging for Wild Food…thanks again for the great experience (on the coldest nature walk ever haha!) The foraging was good with thorough explanations, and the meal was delectable - wow! I have never eaten such delicious goose, and the other food samples were a treat with every bite! All topped off with the tasty hot chaga tea heated on the fire pit, a welcome addition to the overall experience of eating gourmet foods outdoors!
