We headed to Girija Temple to seek blessings of Mata Girija while we were on our way back. The temple had 72 grand stairs and was totally worth the climb.

The temple is located in the middle of the river Kosi on a huge rock. The location is good and if you have time you can sit and relax a bit nearby. The stairs however which lead to the temple are quite steep.

nice location near corbett..you can visit if you got time..place is good..surrounding is good but stairs to the main temple is very steep and have to walk a fair distance from parking also.
