Fantastic ancient ruins on a hill with spectacular 360 views of the countryside. The views over Arpino and across to the old city are particularly nice. The ruins pre-date the Romans - the tourist website gives a history. We had four kids with us ranging...More

This is very cool and really old. 7th century BC. Worth the hike if you are fit but you can drive most of the way.

When in Arpino, this is a must! Beautiful view and the medieval town in walking distance. Bring something to eat and have a wonderful experience. But take the garbage with you home!

It's a must see if you visit the town. It was raining when I was there but there's a gorgeous little park around the back that would be perfect for a picnic!

Great view and interesting walls. Close to Arpino (5 minutes). The site takes about 15 - 20 minutes to see everything.
