Overview
More
The Park is the ideal place to spend a day amidst luxuriant nature. Immerse yourself in the 600,000 square metres of green lawns and ancient woods. Enjoy the panoramas from the rolling hills, explore the maze and feast your eyes on the colourful displays of seasonal flowers. These and much more besides go to make up the natural marvels of the gardens that make for an unforgettable day out at the Park. The garden changes its appearance from season to season: in spring you enjoy the wonderful display of the million tulips of the celebrated “Tulip mania” period: the greatest flowering of tulips in the whole of southern Europe; in summer visitors can enjoy the refreshing shade of the boughs of age-old trees and admire the flowering ornamental water-gardens, while autumn has its own seasonal flowerings to be enjoyed among the vivid colours of trees’ foliage. For the kids the Educational Farm is an absolute must. Here they can meet all kinds of farmyard animals or go to any number of free events in the 2017 programme.

Lovely gardens & walks. We hired a golf cart which was fun. A bit on the expensive side for a family of four.

First things first, if you don’t rent a golf cart or bike, start your day with a train ride. The park is huge and with the train you can see all the areas you want to walk to first. The park is very clean and...More

Went for a couple of hours. Would not want to stay any longer. We took the little train which was a good way to see the grounds quickly for €3.50pp for a 30 minute ride. The Italians will queue jump at busy times! My only...More

The best way to see this garden is to take the little train. It takes about 30 minutes and will give you a great overview of what you want to see more of. The train costs Euro 3.50. You can also rent bikes but it...More

As an hour stop it was okay, with a little train to tour around the extensive site. But the music as we rattled along was most annoying. Compared to English parks and grounds this was just ordinary. Great views over the local area from the...More

Good morning, we're sorry for your review. The Sigurtà Garden Park is a multi-award-winning treasure and every year attracts hundreds of thousands of visitors. As for the music, it was probably coming from some groups of students that come to visit the Park on that...More

Our tour company took us here. It was a pleasant change from cities but nothing special. Coming from the UK where so many stately homes have magnificent gardens ........ underwhelming. The little train we took was not, I felt, overpriced for the length of the...More

The parc is nice, but that's about it. Not so many flowers like it's seen in pictures. Very expensive for what you get. The golf cart is an additional charge for the expensive tickets.More

I spotted that this garden features as a day visit on a Great Railway Journeys escorted holiday, so thought it might be worth a look if we had a spare day. What a lucky find! We hit upon a really hot Saturday and the car...More

Beautiful and huge park. You can get around comfortably with a rental golf car. It takes at least 4 or 5 hours for the visit. We went when there were lots of blooms and a nice day. Top!

Am sure it's worth it to spend the whole day, but I would recommend to visit it in the afternoon, 2 or 3 hours at least.
