Great beach cant wait to return..

Beautiful beach with very clean soft sand and water that is crystal clear and perfect for swimming ,the beaches in la coruna have gravel like sand and are not comfortable and they have waves crashing so no good for a non confident swimmer so jump on the a4 bus and for 1.20 euros and 20/25 minutes you will be at this proper beach resort ,the thin bit of the beach next to the promenade gets busy but head for the headland to the left and you will be on your own in beautiful soft sand and when you swim you are surrounded by fish ,we were there in july and the water of this bay was at a perfect temperature for swimming, there are plenty of bars and kiosks a very short walk away so if the sun is out this is the place to be.

Quiet beach with great views. Different beaches to swim or wade in the water with small kids. Nice parking area. Small fees. We paid 2 euros for 3 hrs. Always convenient restaurants to grab drinks and eat

Absolutely beautiful beach. We spent several days here in Oct and whilst the beach was quite the weather was fantastic so we were surrounded be peace and quiet.

Really convenient to get to and plenty of places to eat and drink around lunch time and evening. Already looking forward to going back.

Lovely walks and great views!

Playa de Santa Cristina is an attractive beach with lovely palm lined promenade walks great for walking the dog! Good parking, but on a good sunny day would become busy!!!
A small cove at the very end of the promenade walk offered a small beach where dogs were allowed.
