Only downside is the fact that this is on different levels and quite steep, so wear sensible shoes, lovely market and very inexpensive. Garrucha is great so enjoy the market and then lunch overlooking the port/beach. Happy to recommend

Garrucha market sells some great fruit and vegetables, lots of clothes and I always end up buying something! Well worth going.

Excellent vegetable market great fresh produce. Many stalls besides vegetables and variety of products available. Wonderful atmosphere and different with being on the streets away from the sea. Worth a visit and a good cafe for coffee and fantastic cakes.

Always must for us on a Friday morning when we are in Garrucha. The fresh food is of excellent quality and in an abundance. Only downside as with most Spanish street markets is that they are slowly being taken over by Africans selling fake goods....More

The market is in the two streets above the Calle Mayor ( so in the 3rd and 4th Street up from the port and seafront
