We assumed that the church would be open but we found a sign saying the key was at the house across the road, and as it was quite late we did not feel it was reasonable to disturb the owners. The churchyard is quite overgrown...More

Wonderful peaceful and light church with a lovely feeling about it. The nave has a row of carved angels looking down from both sides of the ceiling.

We have visited this church on several occasions. We are not avid church goers nor great believers but this wonderful ancient church has an appeal and a certain peaceful air and calming effect that if we lived locally then we might become regular worshipers there....More
