We bumped into Mete by chance and were glad to have discovered it. There is a lot of history, tradition and information about the area and Sicily. The Museum is small but perfectly kept and cared for. The onlus that has founded it is even trying to revitalize the whole area and you will see some building around the Museum being positively impacted by Mete. You will find some handmade gift and interesting books for sale as well. The Museum lives entirely on donations and on the small entrance fee. Please go an visit: these your people deserve attention and support.

Carmelo and Stefano were a wonderful help even in trying to find information about my family that came from Siculiana. This is a great place to stop and see the history of Siculiana.
