It was the first weekend of Sakura when I visited. Amazing views, so great for photos and enjoy the natural beauty event. If it is not Sakura-term, it would be a normal good park. Sakura makes special any place in Japan.

Lovely place which went alive with sakura tree blossoms and festive environment. Evenings are better than the morning views. Do boat around a little bit.

We came here at night time in spring and the sakure trees were illuminated. Very beautiful. A bit crowded as both locals and tourists visit this place at the same time and police are everywhere to control the crowd but still very worth it to...More

We went through Chidorigafuchi Park after leaving the Imperial Palace East Gardens. It made for the perfect afternoon! It was magical to practically walk through the trees while the cherry blossom petals fell like light snow all around you💕 by far my favorite place to...More

If anyone asks me the best spot for cherry blossom viewing in Tokyo, I wouldn’t hesitate to say it’s chidorihafuchi. Such a lovely place.

I know it may be quite expensive but the best time to go to Japan is during Spring, especially during the two-week bloom period of the cherry blossoms. There are three ways to enjoy the blossoms. First is the hanami where you picnic under the...More

Nearby
Yotsuya / Iidabashi
Yotsuya and Iidabashi are areas that developed around
the outer moat of the Imperial palace. Nearby in
Kagurazaka, there is an old red-light district with a
photogenic feel evocative of the ambiance of old
Tokyo. Narrow paths with stone paving remain to this
day, and there are long-standing restaurants with
geishas and quaint old cafes in townhouse buildings.

Not really, in general there is very little public parking in Tokyo and if it is available it is very pricey

No; it is a short walk from the subway station and is basically a walkway along the moat of the Imperial Palace. There is a boat ride you can do which I believe will cost you something. I don't know what the fee was as we... More
