Unless you're a scholar or something, there is nothing there for a casual tourist. I don't think there are many books that are in other languages but Japanese. Skip it.

I think it was really interesting but you have to register to in into this place, it took about 10 min and the I had my access card. Again this place is probably only interested if you are into National library

There's a lot of journal and books. You can't borrow the books, but you may photocopy it or read it there. This library is for 18 and above. I love to see the culture of reading here.
