Kanda shrine is small but beautiful. You can buy some omamoris to bring good luck to those that play video games or work on their computers! There is a small ice cream shop with lots of flavors, a small fountain and a donkey.

This is a must visit in Tokyo, walking down the street to the temple you may be disappointed as nothing seems to show what hides behind the corner. Beautiful temple and many times you can see a real Japanese wedding being held there.

It was very busy as there is an approach of many street stalls. There was many places to try different foods. The Shrine itself was busy too. It was difficult to take a photograph without other people in.

A must see, the area is really interesting and immaculately kept. No charge for going in either. Great to find out about the traditions. Even the small shop was inexpensive.

Beautiful shinto shrine that gives you a nice relaxing break from the noise and buss of the streets around the shrine. Very beautiful and worth the rather short walk up from the Electronic city

Kanda-myojin is a pretty shrine not too far away from the main strip in Akihabara, it's offers a moment of relaxation after walking along busy, modern main strip

The shrine is beautiful, but I was slightly disappointed. I was hoping to see hand drawn ema, but all were mass-produced and sold on site. However, it is a much smaller shrine where you can observe Shinto practices in a more intimate setting.

This is a must-see when in Tokyo, although it is quite crowded. Spend some time wandering around the shrine as well, as there are many beautiful statues and gardens.
