I went there to see drum performances, about all there is to see at the mini spring festival in even-numbered years. Now in odd-numbered years, they pull out all the stops, making the festival one of Tokyo's Big Three.

The shrine is part of the Tokyo Jissha (check wikipedia for that) and is really an eye catcher. It is in walking distace to Akihabara. The contrast cannot be greater. The shrine is in second row, so it is easy to overlook it. Visit there...More
