The terminal itself is OK, but there are much nicer cruise ship terminals around. The location isn't bad, it's 15 - 30 min by taxi or bus into Ginza, depending on traffic. It's only about 5k, so one could also run or bike it.

Typical ship side port with no shops or businesses. If you are departing from a ship cruise and expect to catch a taxi expect a long line.

Embarkation onto our cruise ship, Crystal Serenity was efficient and a pleasant experience. The terminal is new and a first class facility.
