This was near our beautiful hotel, Royal Park. On way to fish market and a great place to view Tokyo and to enjoy city landmark.

I can't imagine anyone going out of their way see this bridge but it is a pleasant bridge and we crossed it walking many times coming and going to our apartment.

Its a fairly non descriptive bridge. Nothing to see or do. Happened to ride over it during a bike tour, and drive over it during a bus tour. Don't go out your way to see it, its small and boring. If you absolutely must see...More

The bridge is very clean and the river also very clean. The view was amazing and the bridge is very strongly constructed but I was a little worried when the bridge shakes a little. The only problem in the bridge is that don't walk zip...More

This one is just at the back of Ginza and a typical steel bridge over the Sumida River just near the Tsukiji Market so if you are visiting the market go a few meters more to the river and bridge. If you have not sen the...More

If you walk 15-20 minutes from Kabuki Theater, you will reach this bascule bridge(similar to Tower Brigde in London) and enjoy scenery of the Sumida River, part of Tsukiji Market and neibouring bridges. It was built in 1929 but the bridge movement was stopped in...More

In the 70's the Kachidoki bridge would open to allow tall ships to travel up the bay. For over 25 years now this has not been done and i am not sure if the motors and cables are intact. Kachidoki bridge is about a 12...More

Travelled across this bridge while moving around Tokyo during our trip. There isn't anything special about it really although it was early morning and so the sun shone through the girders which would have made a nice architecture photo had we been able to stop

Not much you can say about a bridge. It is nice to see at night with all the lit up boats going underneath on the Sumida river. I do know it was once a draw bridge and when you walk across it moves in the...More

It's a bridge. It got us from one side to the other with a minimum of hassle and was quite willing to work in very early morning. Friendly enough but doesn't talk. Seriously is a fairly generic steel bridge. Don't go out of your way

Ginza / Tokyo Nihonbashi
Ginza is famous for being a trendy hotspot, but it's
also a downtown area with shops that were founded over
a hundred years ago. Department stores and luxury
boutiques line the route from Nihonbashi to Ginza.
It's a long established tradition to shop and stroll
while the road is closed to traffic. Luxury hotels,
world class cuisine from talented chefs, and a
collection of glitzy clubs will make this area popular
