The two used camera shopping districts for the traveller are Shinjuku and Ginza. I must say I was very disappointed with Shinjuku as the selection was much poorer, or more expensive, then the reviews (non-Tripadvisor) suggested. It must be said that most used camera shopping...More

Great shopping. Lively neighborhood. Upscale. Fancy. Don't worry... not everything is super expensive, you can find the best UNIQLO ever, and some of the best restaurants in the city too.

There’s no end to the many interlocking streets with the whole range of shopping available. Also the whole range of eateries from Food courts to high end dining. We particularly loved Uniqlo Ginza and Matsukoshi. Nice pavements to walk along but an umbrella would come...More

A place for many famous Brand’s. Each having their own building n shop. More than one huge shopping centre. Roads closed after 12pm n place filled with people walking, shopping etc. Many restaurants as well for authentic Japanese cuisine. Good place for photos.

Heaven on earth for those who do premium shopping. Tons of shopping are such as the Mitsukoshi and Ginza6. Great eateries too, don't pass on the basement Mitsukoshi food market! Buy there and eat at 9th floor

The most from Ginza we liked the Sony shop - it is awesome! But Ginza is nothing special - I liked more: Shibuya, Shinjuku, Akihabra or Harajuku

Ginza / Tokyo Nihonbashi
Ginza is famous for being a trendy hotspot, but it's
also a downtown area with shops that were founded over
a hundred years ago. Department stores and luxury
boutiques line the route from Nihonbashi to Ginza.
It's a long established tradition to shop and stroll
while the road is closed to traffic. Luxury hotels,
world class cuisine from talented chefs, and a
collection of glitzy clubs will make this area popular

I stayed at the Mitsui Garden Hotel not in Ginza but Kyobashi. This is newer and is a quick walk to Ginza. Loved the cleanliness and the attention that the staff gave us.
