One of Asia`s & Japan’s biggest and most diverse event spaces, ageHa`s faithful pile in every weekend to get down to their favorite DJ`s and live acts from around the world. Since the venue opened in 2002, everyone from Fatboy Slim to Tiësto to Danny Tenaglia has graced ageHa’s stages, and it has the full support of Japans premier acts in Ken Ishii, Takkyu Ishino and DJ EMMA. The resort style setting makes this premier nightspot a comfortable place to either chill and meet people or to boogie on down until dawn. There are very few nightspots in Asia who can boast such ambiance. After all, how many clubs have their own white-sand beach in the summertime complete with deck-chairs, mojitos and a sound system allowing you to watch the sun rise? That’s not it. The outdoor Water Bar features a swimming pool and deck for the ultimate holiday summer vibe, and the Island Bar regularly plays host to performances by world champion pole dancers. Until the end of September, the grassy park area will serve as an outdoor lounge, where you can chill under the stars or wait for the sunrise with a view of Tokyo`s waterfront. Not forgetting the main Arena, where state-of-the-art lighting and an smoke system perfectly complement the biggest purposely built sound system in Japan. Equipped with a variety of nonsmoking areas mean Tokyo’s most famous nightspot offers a space for absolutely everyone. Week in week out the people behind the scenes are making ageHa a mainstay on anyone`s calendar, whether you live in Japan or visiting on holiday the place is a must see for people wishing to experience the new.FREE Shuttle is running between Shibuya Sta. to the venue every 30min, all night long.

Same music on all of the three dance floors. Everyone is about 2-5 feet away from each other facing the DJ. Cover was about $35 US. Not worth it. Idk why this place has so many positive reviews.

We went for One Day in Tokyo Ageha event. The club has different dance floors and the best one was the smaller one, with Japanese djs. Great music! Very useful the shuttle service from Ageha, to bring in and back to Shibuya every 30 minutes,...More

I thought the music was not so great. The club has alot of dance floors, I felt that they should have had a different genre for each floor. I am aware that Japan is all about EDM music, however it`s pointless if you have all...More

My friends and I went on one of the few "women free" nights. There is one a month. It is not actually free but it is as cheep as they get for entrance fees. You have to prepay for one drink (500円). This is much...More

We visited Ageha for a halloween party and had a great, great night. The entrance fee was pretty steep (3000 yen in costume and 4000) without. Our hostel did free drinks vouchers which we took advantage of. It was just as wild and ridiculous as...More

We went to Ageha when it just happened to be Sabishinbo Night, which is basically a music festival indoors. It was by far my favorite night in Tokyo. You tend to get lost in the crazy music and massive crowds, hopping from stage to stage...More

Japanese girl friends insisted on visiting this club but it turned out to be a gay night that day. I had never been a disco-fan before but I really liked this place even though the atmosphere due to the kind of party was embarassing. I...More
