This is my go to place for grocery shopping. Great selection of produce and western goods. Centrally located at Asabu Juban with easy access via subway or car (there is parking available ). They offer delivery for free on orders over 10000¥.

While more expensive than the places where locals shop, they have a great assortment of wines, meat, cheeses, if you need to pick up a gift or do any cooking.

Given the customer focus, things are a bit expensive but they have a great selection of meat and wines (with prices inflated by freight and tax).
