Bought a ticket at the counter and get on the bus, very straight forward. Bus is very clean and the driver is quite pleasant. It take about 60-70 minutes to Narita airport. It was Monday morning, around 8:30AM, no traffic problem.

I bought them online before I left, and went directly to the bus stop. There was someone there to check you in. I did see the counter inside to purchase tickets, and the line wasn't too long.
