Great place if you are in town with teens and need some exercise. All kinds of activities for kids from young to old. Wonderful jogging tracks, outdoor fields, arenas and family friendly activities on the weekends.

Festival season. They do an October fest that is awsome. Lots of space for young kids to run and play.

More than 50 years old facilities but does not look so old. It is nice to walk around as it is traffic fee area.

Not really good to play, and run on the glass because mostly covered. Lots of green in a middle of Tokyo. Approximately 2km cycling and running course and rental bicycle available. Japanese noodle, "Ramen show" , world meat cuisine festival is yearly scheduled. And German...More

Playground for kids, gymnasiums, work-out gym, bicycle/running/walking track, benches, trees, shrubs, flowers...the place is big. A lot going on during weekends where local schools have tournaments.

Let`s hope this center of the 60`s Olympics gets a revamp ahead of 2020 if they decide to use the space, as it reflects Japan in the 60`s, with very little work done to keep up it`s former glory.
