The wife and I enjoyed a nice walk through the park. There was a large temple in the center of the park. It was very quite and peaceful.

Nice large park for a stroll or free playground play for kids. You will see locals hanging around certain place . Great place for pictures and to take photo of the Tokyo Metropolitan building. Its a bit quiet at night though...

We spent a few hours at the park and the greenhouse situated in the park. It was a nice change for my kids who had been dragged around the city on and off trains etc. I would suggest to go with kids of any age...More

We visited this park after going to Gyoen gardens but not as good but still a very maintained & well kept garden which is popular with the locals

Went to Japan in November last year during Autumn season. Happened to visit shinjuku chuo park while we were in shinjuku area. Entry fee is cheap. Really worth to visit. The whole park is clean, you can literally sleep or lay down on the field...More

So lucky to be staying at the Hilton , so this little park was a quick and worthwhile walk. Nice gardens and waterfalls and locals aplenty enjoying the sun
