Me and my wife went to La Molina on the back of a trip to Barcelona to see if we could still ski after 20 years. The resort was great and the skiing was perfect for us . We thought pricing waas really good and had a perfect time.

Despite modern technology this place seems to make you loose your time to ski. The ticket office offers only limited ways to avoid queuing and you can easily expect to wait 45 minutes to buy a lift pass. We were not explained well and spent more than we needed to. Close to the ticket office is only one lift which... More

This is really the worst organized ski station I have ever been. We booked a forfait with material and it took about 3 hours before we could ski. We arrived at 9:00 and it was past 12:00 before we were on the piste. The whole organization is a sad joke.

We visited La Molina earlier this week with another family. Upon arrival at the ticket counter, we were informed quite clearly and specifically by the ticket agent that a specific section of the mountain (about 1/3 of the available runs) was closed due to avalanche risk and did we still want to go ahead with our lift ticket purchases. We... More

We recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting La Molina on a day when winds were whipping and all but two chair lifts were functional. Unfortunately, none of the staff informed us of this, at least not until after we had paid for non-refundable forfeits, and rented ski gear for the whole family! There are no poma lifts, so we... I didn't see so much snow in la Molina as this year! Great for skying but a little bit crowded. We rented snow rackets this time to enjoy the outstanding landscape.

This resort is mainly used as a day ski area... Most people travel up ski for the day and leave after as a result there is very little to do in the evenings. We stayed 3 nights and that was more than enough the hotel we stayed was rammed full of school children so unbelievably noisy at night with children... More

La Molina is a very good resort for skiing with either family or friends in winter time or when you still got snow around to do so. In summer time La Molina changes a bit its skiing nature and turns into a place quite interesting with lots of different activities to do such as; park adventures, climbing mountains, swimming pools,... Although La Molina has several telecabines they were closed in summer. Only one was open. Specially with kids you need telecabines. Result you only climb one mountain.
