Such a beautiful, unspoiled beach! We took a day trip out here to see the Costa Brava and are considering staying here next time. So beautiful and relaxing!

Calella de Palafrugell has several beaches connected with an easy foot trail (Camí de Ronda). They are very representative of the Costa Brava, with clear waters and cliffs with pine trees. Unfortunately the beauty is broken by a large number of recreational boats that are...More

Good beach, lots of room even on a busy day, would recommend buying a beach parasol from the shops, but make sure it fits in your case as there is a charge at the airport. The beach has plenty of facilities, toilets bars and shops...More

I could easily have spent a week here and not been bored. It's an ideal location. Walk to the neighboring village for lunch or dinner. Easy parking. Not too crowded. Beautiful beaches. We loved it.

The beach and views and backdrop and the little town and the little boardwalk and the surrounding hills and paths are all fabulous! It is quaint and pretty and so well kept. The evening was quiet with empty beaches and tons of quaint restaurants. The...More

Beautiful beach, nice ambiance in this lovely village. Lots of colourful and freshly renovated buildings. Nice stores selling trendy beach wear. Cozy restaurants with efficient service, good food and superb view to the sea. A little jewel!

Such a lovely place to visit, the beach doesn't have fine sand but it is a great place to go and see. You can walk the coastal path to La Ffranc which is worth it, so pretty.

Great beach for families...the location was so nice. Come early to stake out a good spot. It will get crowded, but that doesn't lessen the fun or atmosphere...it adds to it in my opinion. I'll come back here on my next Costa Brava adventure.

This beach is really nice to visit by boat. If they have a moarring available, a dingy boy picks you to the beach. It €20 but you stay the whole day. Many nice restaurants around, nice sandy beaches and nice rock formations. Really close to...More

Most villages are steep, have steps to the beach or a broad walk. Llafranc would be the pic but its hotels alongbthe front. There is very little traffic and it would be easy with kids. It is a bit more expensive and quieter... More

One street behind near the parking. Plenty choices of Made in China stuff.
