We are excited to help you to experience private rain forest camping and to hike to breath taking waterfalls. We are excited to grow plants and make them into food and medicine. Request your food experience, breakfast or lunch, we do "farm to fork" and live, fermented food, reservations only. Dining areas are adorned with original paintings and musical instruments are available to traveling musicians to play. Visitors of La Gavilana can participate in a fermenting workshop to explore basic fermenting techniques. We produce original salsa picante and gavilana bitter tinctures.

Had a great time there, bought some amazing hot sauce. Booked our tour with Mikey to the waterfall. Tour was amazing but be cautious, the hike after the horse ride is pretty advanced. Not long at all but very steep. Worth every step.

thanks, if the tincture was at least 30% alcohol then the shelf life is almost indefinite, as long as it is stored in dark cool place and importantly closed.
