We had a wonderful day out at Bodnant garden in Easter Monday. There was something for us all to do, the children enjoyed the Easter trail and exploring the gardens. The rest of us were impressed by the beauty of the spring flowers- the tulips and rhododendrons were impressive. It is a fantastic garden in a stunning part of the... More

I visit every few weeks to 'get away from it all' and see the seasonal changes in for me, is a magical, wonderful place which changes constantly. The gardens are maintained beautifully, are rugged in some areas and more formal in others with such a huge variety of unusual plants and Gigantic Redwoods. This last week has seen the opening... We have visited Bodnant a number of times, mostly in the spring but at other times too and we are never disappointed. The site is truly magnificent, set on different levels and full of the most amazing trees and plants. The rhododendrons, azaleas and camellias can't be beaten and the views wherever you walk are stunning. The newly opened areas... More

I had no idea this was here, until I was invited to go this weekend. It is stunningly beautiful, and was well worth a visit. We had fantastic weather, which of course helps, and it was not too busy. It is quite expensive to get in, but I do find most attractions worth seeing are expensive. I am looking forward... More

Having not been to Bodnant for a long time decided to go and we were not disappointed. As gardens go this must be one of the best, the blooms of varying colors, the lush lawns, the House (which is not NT). Most paths are negotiable but there are one or two areas a little steeper than others. An absolute pleasurable... More

The gardens are well worth a visit if you are in the area. They just kept going on and on - at every turn there was more loveliness to behold. We didn't have a lot of time so didn't get to see all of the new area that opened. Scones were delicious - always a good barometer! At least the... More

It was our first visit in Bodnant Gardens and it will surely not be the last... The place is so beautiful and there is such a vast selection of different plants and flowers. We were very lucky as the weather was great during our visit. We walked miles and just enjoyed the scenery and the picturesque surrounding. Can't wait to... More
