Chablis and Burgundy wine shop/wine bar. A classical, odd, weird, not found anywhere else selection to suit everyone. YOU are the starting point for a selection not the wines ... just to make sure you buy and go home with what you will really enjoy.

Without knowing which producers are good and what their opening (and perhaps more importantly closing) hours are, you can really get stuck in Chablis. Up to now, there has been nowhere to taste a wide range of price ranges and qualities of Chablis and you...More

We were a little overwhelmed trying to select a sensible number of tasting venues (let alone wines to purchase) in our visit to wonderful Chablis. Of those we tried S Chablis was the best. Our perceptive host, whose English was impeccable, tended to our interests...More

I had reached out to Arnaud prior to our travels in the area, as I thought it would be worthwhile to set up a food and wine pairing, and educate ourselves a bit more about Chablis wine while enjoying ourselves a bit. He was quick...More

We went to S Chablis based on great reviews on Trip Advisor. We're glad we did. We knew just a little about Chablis so we took the Master Class and tasted 10 Chablis wines, including 4 Grand Cru. Overall we spent 2 hours, including maybe...More

I am so pleased I took the advice of reviewers and went to S Chablis first. Thanks, Arnaud, for the tasting and the lesson on Chablis. We felt quite knowledgeable after this session.

Our French is unfortunately appalling. S Chablis was so perfect. We wanted a bite to eat as a later lunch (and in France that's not easy to get). We arrived just after 2pm to a wonderful greeting. We opted for the master class just to...More

Excellent wine experience in the centre of Chablis. The owner is highly knowledgeable and friendly He offers the opportunity to taste several different wines in small samples. Very good English spoken.

Everything in this place has been designed to provide you the best Chablis experience: the big range of wines by glass, the food pairing, and above all the service of the friendly, acknowledged and french/english speaking manager. Will do again.

Very friendly and service minded manager (and owner I suppose). Speaks English way better than me. Has a wide range of wines to taste by the glass. Also finger-food dishes of ham and cheese. Well worth a visit!

Whether your visit is for a few hours or a week (as was ours), this is the place to get your head around what makes Chablis "Chablis". The patience of our host was incredible and his knowledge of the wines within Chablis kept us going...More
