Serra valley is a nice outlet and much quitter than The Mall or Fox town. Good stores, pleasant to walk around. If you have a car it will take about 40 min. from Milan.

End of winter ist always good for sales, I'd recommend to call the respective brand shop there directly and ask for the sale start. It works well this way! 👍🏻

Not sure. I went there in March. But they have huge discounts constantly from 30-90% all year round, so I really don't think it will make much difference when you go.
