We had a great trip on the Real Fernando, the young lady that gave the English talks was excellent, well informed and provided a lot of information about the National Park and the Natural Park on west and east banks. I had hoped for more...More

The cruise up the river Guadalquivir is a must for visitors in the spring: flamingoes by the thousand, osprey, spoonbill etc etc, on a well run cruise ship with a good guide.

We took the 4*4 and river trip. It lasted the morning. We had hoped to see flamingos, but water extraction has left many mudflats dry and birdless. Which is a shame. But the visit as a whole was great and quite breathtaking.

Getting the boat from Bajo de Guia is an excellent way of crossing to the Donana national park to pick up a guided tour by jeep or simply to have a stroll with a guide. The boat is equipped with a cafe/bar and the guide...More

This is a pleasant three hour trip, with two disembarkations up river. We did see a wild boar on the beach area, and red deer, as well as the flamingos in the distant salt beds. A bit too organised for our taste, but good if...More

Got the Real Fernando boat from Sanlucar to the Donana park, which took about 30 mins, then had a great couple of hours being driven around the park in large jeep like vehicles which can take 21 passengers. Wonderful to see so much of the...More

Nice enough boat trip, and most folk seem happy enough with that, but if you are hoping to see wildlife or get a flavour of the park, then travelling by boat with 50 other people is probably not the way to do it. We saw...More

Just a fleeting visit to the Coto Doñana nature reserve, enough to make you want to go back for more. We saw wild boar and deer from a distance, and many different kinds of bird. Don´t forget your mosquito repellant and binoculars!

The boat is old, but it's comfortable - no problem there. We saw little wildlife, though. Deer and wild horses were a mile away: flamingoes, in good number, were much closer. But that was pretty much it. A pleasant enough trip, but don't expect too...More

I believe there is only one operator. I'm not sure if they have English speaking guides. I would ring the tourist office in Sanlucar (which does have English speakers!) to find out. still worth the trip. I thoroughly... More
