Breathtaking! An amazingly well-preserved Roman ruin on the shore of the bluest ocean I have ever seen. The fact that you can walk through it out in the open and the great variety of structures give you some sense of going back to that time....More

Really nice to walk around the ruins which were a lot more impressive than I expected. The amphitheatre was my favourite part to look around, and there's great views of the beach and the sand dunes the whole way around.

You need to visit this place to experience the magic of it. Suitable for all ages, and the best part is that it is just right next to the gorgeous Bolonia beach. Definitely worth to visit.

Baelo Claudia is an impressive Roman city behind an amazing beach. The visit is cheap (free if you are a European Union citizen), walking around gives you a unique feeling, the museum is informative... what more do you want? Go, and you won't regret it!

I do not know if there is any way from Malaga, it might. My advice is either to contact at the main authorities in charge of the Archeological Sites (the Baelo Claudia site itself) or the Tourism Office in Tarifa. Also, try... More
