When you think of going on a boat, you don't really think there would be much access for Wheelchair uses. It was really good to see that part of the benches can be changed to allow access for a wheelchair. The staff were great at getting the wheelchair onto the boat and did so in a manner that didn't cause... More

Brilliant trip, saw lots of dolphins and some seals on the rocks. The crew, Ben and Erin, very knowledgable and friendly. Will definitely do again when we go back. Only sad it was the last Sunday of the season and was closing down until next year.

Decided to go on the boat trip after seeing the dolphins in the harbour it didn't disappoint. We saw seals, cormorants and lots of wildlife on the cliffs and rocks as well as the dolphins swimming by. Well worth the trip, highly recommended 5*

No trip to New Quay is complete without a dolphin-spotting experience, so a trip on the Ermol 5 was the only way to spend the final day of our holiday! We opted for the two-hour trip which should travel all the way to the neighbouring Cwmtydu, weather permitting. The sea was quite restless which curtailed the journey, however the crew... More

We went on the 2 hour trip yesterday 28.10 and were a bit concerned with it being late October, but it was great!! Saw loads of dolphins albeit from a distance. The waves were pretty choppy but there were only a few of us on the boat so we could move about. I thought the commentary (from Ben) was a... More

Our trip was fantastic! We've been visiting this area for years and I can honestly say this was the best day out we've ever had. The staff were great, the boat was comfortable (there's even a toilet) and we saw masses of dolphins. Our 4-year-old daughter loved it!

Unfortunately we weren't lucky enough to see any dolphins today...but did see seals and lots of guillemots. Definitely worth the money...a great time had by all if the family. Fun to do something different....would have been perfect though if we'd see a dorsel fin though. Great team working the boat, very knowledgeable and amusing...and apologetic for the lack of Dolphins,... More

We went on the 2hr boat trip took us awhile to spot some dolphins but it was well worth the wait we saw a number of dolphins breach the water as well as lots of birds and even a seal cub. It cost us £32 for two adults which we felt was very reasonable the scenery alone was stunning and... More
