Beautiful sandy north-facing beach backed by sand dunes. Found this beach useful when the wind direction was making other beaches in vicinity unpleasant.

Great beach, lovely golden sand. Water is warm after the initial shock when walking into it. Has sun beds (€8 per day), with cover if you wish. Has a beach bar, selling light snacks and juice/alcohol. Highly recommend this place

Stunning beach in the North East. Get there early, 8 or 9am and enjoy some of the day without the crowds.

Great beach visit with four small children under 3. We rented a Bali bed from a local restaurant which worked perfectly as we had two small babies with us. Water was lovely and the kids had a wonderful day playing. Would definitely recommend.

The clear blue water and the white beach was amazing! A lot of people, but it’s a public beach so that was expected at this time of the year. Restaurant and a bar on the beach.

Pretty sure the water would be calm enough for children. It’s a shallow wide beach so doesn’t get heavy swells unless in bad weather.
