Interesting concept – bring wines from all over Italy to one place where they can be studied, and enjoyed. I can see where it is a benefit to the Culinary school to have access to such a wide variety of wines for pairings. The soil...More

When in Pollenzo, you should definitively pay a visit to this place and have a good wine tasting, It does not come very cheap, but the atmosphere and the quality are worth it. Even if you're not a wine expert, you'll enjoy this.

This was a real surprise, a 100,000 bottle wine bank with wines from all over Italy. The guide gave an exceptional tour, with just the right amount of commentary and information provided. There was a good explanation on the history as well as on some...More
