While the concept of creating art from waste like electrical waste is good the maintenance is not there. There is lots of art work. It can be well maintained

Garden is filled with architectures made of waste stones and plastic.Really good if you want to click some pictures. A lot of good art work. Don't expect much from the place. A good choice if you are coming to malampuzha dam.

If you have visited Prem Chand's Rock Garden in Chandigarh, you will not enjoy this place.
The place is 'OK' and generally used by 'love birds' there is no maintenance, broken art is not repaired/replaced, it is a small place.
Good use of old and damaged fuse carriers is the best art work

Its really amazing how they have utilised all waste materials to make such a beautiful place. Just a kilometer away from Malampuzzah dam there are beautiful statues made up of Tiles pieces, from electric switches, holders, You can enjoy for atleast 2 hours specially selfie people

This is a place where the art works are made of waste materials ( Broken tiles, Granites, Stones, Electric Fuses, Bangles, Plastic bottles). This is 1.5 KM from Malampuzha dam (but on the way if you are coming from Palakad/Kanzikode)

Positives
* Entry fee (20 rupees)
* Well marked ways
* Restroom (toilets inside)
* Concept is good (usage of waste materials and themes)
* One shop in the front serving cool drinks, water and snacks

Negatives
* There is not much elegance or perfection in the way the art work is made.
* There are few broken statues, some construction underway blocking the pathway
* Narrow stretch (only one person can walk) at couple of places
* Poor maintenance

Recommended as a last option if there is nothing else to do in and around Malampuzha Dam. Kids will not enjoy.

Its just a place for the statues made of rock and the glaces. Keep it as the last option and go if you have enough time to cover the dam and the garden. Not that long distance but still i think ots a waste of time.

Conceived and design by the Late Nek Chand, the man behind the iconic creation of Rock Garden in Chandigarh.......... waste like broken crockery, electric fittings, glass bangles, batroom tiles, wash basins and bicycle frames are used to create the designs here.
People come to visit this place from all over south India.
