Again white sand and shells plus at certain tide states the benefit of rock pools and exploring. The world wR concrete structures are still very much in evidence and we had the slightly surreal experience of meeting a coach load of Germans who were exploring...More

This cafe/ restaurant is right on the bay and has outstanding views. The food is generally good and you can eat indoors or out. Worth a visit.

Beautiful white sand beach. Can be breezy here but the expanse of sand is fabulous. Great place to collect shells ad build sandcastles. Good beach cafe too.

Love Pembroke so much. It's lovely and flat and a kids paradise ... don't forget your windbreak - you'll be in heaven. The kiosk is fabulous... rents out chairs and windbreaks as well as catering for all your foodie needs - 🏖

Always a favourite beach growing up, it hasn't lost its charm The kiosk at the top of the slipway is awlays busy and will hire chairs for use on the beach. There are also public conveniences available and a café for "sit down" meals.
