We invite you to visit our historic winery, located on the outskirts of the hamlet Chacras de Coria in Lujan de Cuyo. At Alta Vista, you'll find a delicate blend of tradition and technology that reflects itself in our wines. Take a walk around our excellently restored facility built over a century ago, and learn about the wine making process from grape bunch to bottle. We are open every day of the week from 9:30-6:00. Contact us by email or by telephone to schedule a tour.

Our pre-booked lunch at this winery was a picnic in the garden in front of the older office buildings and really was a lovely thing to do. Ample sized pre-determined small sandwiches and salad, followed by a dessert box of chocolates, macaroons and sorbet topped pastry. Perfect for a light lunch and three wines offered with it... the tour itself... More

Lovely little spot with a great view of the mountains. Our hotel messed up and sent us here even after they'd been told they couldn't fit us in till 4pm, we arrived midday. The lady at the desk was extremely accommodating given the circumstances and made us feel welcomed and managed to squeeze us in for the picnic lunch and... More

Nice property, but unprofessional visitor management. We did a bike tour around the wineries of Mendoza. After a very nice experience at Nieto Senetiner (free outdoor wine tasting without any pressure to buy; they even offered us more wines to try than we had time to drink), we arrived at Alta Vista. The guard was very friendly, but could not... More

We visited this winery today and they were not accommodating at all. My husband and I drink their wine all the time and we were so excited to visit it. Once we arrived with our private driver they told us it would be 5 minutes until we could do a tour. The driver tried to speak to the lady and... More

Thank you Carolina for taking the time to give us a wonderful tour and tasting at Alta Vista. You are amazing!! I came here as a part of a tour of area wineries. After specifying that I knew what fermentation was, Carolina focused more on the history of the winery and their premium wines rather than a long lecture on... More

We stopped at Bodega Alta Vista for lunch after a bike ride, when we got there we were tired and very hungry. The picnic area is very nice, simple and comfortable you can pick a table to sit or a blanket in any available part of the garden. They brought us a picnic basket and gave us a few choices... More

Great wine tour of this boutique winery that exports almost all of its wine. People were very knowledgeable and helpful and the tastings were very well done and served with some nice snacks.

My partner and I were in Mendoza and took a tour of Altavista while we were there. Overall, it was a fine tour with some above-average wines, but not all of them. We generally prefer wineries that are small and don't export to the United States so we are bringing back something special. This winery is not small and exports... More

We visited this bodega while doing a bike tour with Martin's Bikes. We loved it! Our tour guide (unfortunately I forget her name) was terrific, really engaging and very knowledgeable about wines and the wine making process. The bodega itself has a long history and it very beautiful. And the wines we tasted were delicious. I ended up buying a... More

Alta Vista was an average winery with a dub-average tour and an above average garden to enjoy your final glass in the tasting. The tour was a bit disappointing as it catered to first time vineyard goers, though if this is your first tour or first tour in Mendoza then it is helpful and informative. Staff was nice but distracted.... More
