    Good dinner theatre.
Wonderful local dinner theatre I enjoyed. Production very good, actors talented, sets good. Meal served in breaks designed within play, food was good and served well. A good way to spend an evening!

    Delightful!
We were here on opening night of the Sinking of the S.S. Ethie. For such a small community, this Theatre and the production were outstanding. Everything ran smoothly, the dinner was excellent with the dessert in a jar was a great idea. On our walk back to our B&B a group of young early teens or pre-teens asked us how we liked the play. They were obviously connected to and proud of their community and were wonderful ambassadors for tourism in the area. See also my reviews for Skivvers and Sea Breeze B&B and RV park.

Have to see - Theatre Newfoundland production in Gross Morne
This is a must see if you are in the Gross Morne area. Don't expect Broadway or London's theatre districts. This is a lovely theatre which put of several plays throughout the tourist season. We saw "The Sinking of the S. S. Ethie" a story about the sinking of a passenger/ mail ship of the coast in the early century. With a small cast playing several roles they did an amazing job and are to be commended.

    Beautiful new theater- Wonderful talent
Must-see Bingo Ladies. Music and lyrics so clever. Wonderful harmony in the actor’s voices and terrific talent. Funny and entertaining. Loved the play and very impressed with this new building. This was a dinner included show. I would have liked to have had the play- only option. Highly recommend this show!! Bravo to the cast and the piano player who played almost constantly for two hours!

The dinner was very good and the play was informative and entertaining. We also visited the ship wreck site which added to the story.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Dinner Theatre of the SS Ethie. The meal was delicious and it was served very quickly and efficiently. The theatre production was great. I will return to Cow Head again specifically for this theatre. Kudos to everyone to worked hard for our wonderful evening.

SS Ethie dinner theatre was not great value for the dollar. $75 for 1 hour play and a meal served within 30 minutes. Poor microphones and lighting
