We thoroughly enjoyed our Dinner Theatre of the SS Ethie. The meal was delicious and it was served very quickly and efficiently. The theatre production was great. I will return to Cow Head again specifically for this theatre. Kudos to everyone to worked hard for our wonderful evening.

SS Ethie dinner theatre was not great value for the dollar. $75 for 1 hour play and a meal served within 30 minutes. Poor microphones and lighting

Great performance at this new theatre in Cow Head. Talented actors skilfully reacting a boat wreck near Cow Head. The actors also served the dinner.

We really enjoyed tonight's performance of Ed and Ed's New B&B. Kuddos to the entire cast and crew. We'll done. We have been to plays all over the world and like was said in the play...."Stratford ain't got nottin on us".
It is a beautiful new theatre as well. Thank you to all the people who made it possible. The arts are worth investing in.

Really enjoyed Tempting Providence. The new theatre is beautiful. I was advise against buying tickets in row E. There is no elevation between row D and E , unlike all the other rows. My view was obstructed by the patrons in the row in front of me.

My husband and I have visited Newfoundland for many years now and we always take in a play. The great thing about the plays are that they are Newfoundland themed. We have enjoyed Neddy Norris Night many times with its songs and short stories. Tempting Providence tells the story of Nurse Myra Bennett (you can visit her home/museum in Daniel's Harbor). The Double Axe Murders murder weapon is right there for you to see in the Dr. Henry Payne museum in Cow Head. You can't go wrong with the dinner theater the S S Ethie. The food is excellent traditional Newfoundland fare and the remains of the shipwreck can be seen via a pull off on the Viking Trail. Don't miss out on seeing these very professionally acted plays.

Thank you so very much for taking the time to give a thumbs up to the Gros Morne Theatre Festival plays. Our 2020 ((25th anniversary!!!) season is online. With the current extraordinarily difficult situation we, the world over, are facing, TNL is anticipating delays in our season opening, but please know you can continue to make your plans to see our shows in Cow Head (in our brand new Nurse Myra Bennett Centre for the Performing Arts!) and if your chosen performance is cancelled or you decide you cannot travel at that time, you can receive a full refund. We look forward to seeing you this summer too. Stay safe! Gaylene

The theatre was running a play "Our Living Father" a one man play, excellently acted, about the life of the first premier of Newfoundland, Joey Smallwood, a person we were quite interested in. If it is performed elsewhere in the province we recommended viewing the production. Congratulations to Theatre Newfoundland. The theatre is steps away from the Shallow Bay Motel. All tickets and prepayment is made on line. Tickets are picked up at the box office prior to the performance.

Thank you so much for coming to see us in Cow Head! I'm so happy you enjoyed our Only Living Father production! We're putting the final touches on our 2020 season and plans are to have Joey back on stage for a part of the season next year as well. Again thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts! We went to: Neddy Norris Night at the Shallow Bay motel. Many parallel tables set up for after dinner drinks if you wish. Live entertainment of songs, songs and more songs ( with instruments too). All Newfoundland tunes old and new. Music and more music. A lively atmosphere. Very entertaining. A very good group of 4 performed. Makes a very good evening for all.
