We've stayed in Sestriere for a week and skied the whole Via Lattea area, including Montgenevre in France. Sestriere and Sauze 'd Oulx are nice ski-areas, suited for intermediate skiers. For more advanced skiers the slopes are not that challenging. Every slope is well prepared, we haven't found a run with moguls for example. Compared to other resorts, the lifts... More

We stayed in Sestriere and went skiing every day for a week. The resort is great with so many slopes that i couldnt check them all. A vast amount of red ones, not so much blacks or blues, it offers many killometers of skiing in wide slopes interconnected among different mountains. We even tried the trip to France, which you... we stayed in Sestriere and were skiinig on Vialettea. we choosed this ski resort, beause it has so many kilometers of ski slopes. Actually, we werent dissapointed, there was huge amount of snow, many kilometers of opened slopes... just one minus was that some ski lifts are not open every day!
