Welcome to Hakuba Ski Concierge - the valley`s first and only boutique ski school in Hakuba that exclusively specialises in private ski & snowboard lessons and resort guiding services. A locally owned and registered company, our intimate team is made up of highly skilled and extremely experienced instructors, ensuring that you will get the most out of your time with us. Driven by the belief that a great day is more than just a great ski lesson, every one of our services includes private transportation, full time flexibility, a choice of multiple resorts and assistance with local services.

Our family had private ski and snowboard lessons with Jimmy and Virginia who were excellent. Very personalised, super friendly and patient. Some great tips which helped us enjoy our next day so much more. The drop off service was welcome at the end of the day too.

We had initially wanted to book a full-day slot, but they were already fully booked, and we could only manage to secure the half-day lessons. It was our first skiing, but they were very patient during the email conversations, answering our queries and giving recommendations on the ski rental equipment.
The lesson did not disappoint us. We had a ski lesson with a fantastic coach, Laura, which was an incredible experience!
Laura was very knowledgeable and had an evident passion for skiing. She was extremely patient and did a great job keeping the lesson on track while teaching us all the essential skills. She explained the techniques and skills in a way that was easy to understand and follow, breaking each move down step by step so that we could understand it properly and get the most out of the lesson. Before the class, we worried that we would not learn much, given that it was only 3hrs. However, not only was the lesson exceptionally well-timed, but we felt like we were genuinely learning a lot. Having Laura as a teacher was a joy, and we had a truly memorable lesson!
On a side note, that night, while having dinner at Yukimaru, we met a pleasant couple whom we chatted with briefly as we departed. Later, as we were leaving the restaurant, we noticed they were driving a vehicle from Hakuba Ski Concierge, leading us to believe they may be company employees. This encounter further solidified our belief that the staff at Hakuba Ski Concierge are very amiable!
Overall, I highly recommend Hakuba Ski Concierge to anyone looking to get into skiing or improve their existing skills. Their vibes, positive attitude and enthusiasm certainly made a deep impression!

A fantastic first time skiing experience for our family! HSC was quick to respond when I first sent an enquiry and through the support they provided in the planning process prior to our trip, I knew we'd made the right choice!
Virginia our instructor was fantastic with our 2 boys (9&10yrs old) and very patient with me and my husband while we struggled on skis for the first time! I'm thankful that she gently pushed us to overcome our fears: while the kids zipped down the mountain on Day 1 and 2, me and my hubby were slow but Virginia didn't relent :) she stuck with us and we both were elated to have made it down! A wonderful feeling!
Thank you team for an amazing ski experience - my family agreed it was our best ever family vacation and we can't wait to come back next March! See you again very soon.

Hakuba Ski Concierge provides us by very far with the best skiing coaching experience I've ever had. Everything was perfect, from the time they replied to my first message, to all the planning and the fabulous lesson we had with Sean, one of their instructors. I was truly impressed with the quality of the lesson, attention to detail, Sean's patience and kindness.
I highly recommend Hakuba Ski Concierge to anyone wishing to have fantastic skiing coaching in the Hakuba area.
My husband is an advanced skier venturing into freestyling and he was thrilled with Sean's guidance.
I'm just trying to improve my technique for now, focusing on perfecting parallel turns, I was fearful to fall, and Sean was beyond awesome and patient with me.
I highly recommend Hakuba Ski Concierge to anyone wishing to have fantastic skiing coaching in the Hakuba area.

We skied Hakuba in mid-January and had a 5 star experience with Hakuba Ski Concierge. Our 4 and 6 year old took lessons with Blaire and Michael and were skiing and LOVING it. The instructors did a fantastic job with our kids. Husband also took lessons and had a great experience! It was so convenient to get picked up for ski fitting, changes in gear, and shuttled to and from the mountain. Thanks so much for your ski service in Hakuba! It really made skiing with a littles so much easier! Highly recommend.

Nadine did her upmost to arrange a guide for us, despite short notice and during a busy time. We had a very pleasant experince with our guide, Mike, who guided us through the powder trails in the forrest. The price was also fairly reasonable. We would higly recommend Hakuba Ski Concierge.

Combined business in Japan with a quick trip to Hakuba to experience the famous forest-skiing. Hakuba Ski Concierge was extremely helpful with everything from planning, ski rental and accomodation, but the real treat was skiing with Nadine.
For two Norwegians it was somewhat embarassing to be outskied by a Brit. However, the local knowledge, the to-the-point focus on safety and the pleasant company made this a great experience. I have skied with a lot of guides over the years but this took guiding to the next level. Never has the word concierge been more rightfully used. If you are going skiing in Hakuba look no further, I can strongly recommend Hakuba Ski Concierge.

First time learning snowboard, definitely a daunting experience but Instructor Jimmy was ever reassuring and patient. He was experienced and was approachable. Very helpful and was extremely understanding. I would highly recommend anyone to engage Jimmy from Hakuba ski concierge!

Wonderful experience with Virginia and Jimmy! They were experienced, patient and meticulous. Trainings were tailored to various snowboarders with different skill level within the group. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.
