Peaceful afternoon

A little out of the way for me but I liked this castle a lot. There were almost no other people there so it was nice to explore in peace and quiet.

I really enjoyed my visit. Just to be able to wander around. Plenty of parking and easy access. There weren't many folks

We added in a visit to this Castle Ruins at the last minute and boy did it not disappoint us! We loved that we could climb above the Castle Ruins to have a panorama view of the surroundings. It was so peaceful and seemed like we could stay there forever admiring the view if they had installed seats. We caught... More

This is a nice site but don't go out of your way. The castle walls are large but not much for this site. Nice views of the ocean from the top and we walked back to town. If you're short on time, other sites will bring more tourism value for your time. We didn't visit the museum.

Came here to check out some history along with finding some geocaches. Really nice day and time here. The ruins are pretty neat to see. Easy hike and walk, also it's nice to see at night when they have lights on

The castle is very well maintained. It is located in the heart of city with lots of other neat sites to visit close by. It is also after attraction.

There's really nothing to tell you anything about the ruins. Cool area to go in May or April (before it gets too hot) and take a short walk around though.

As most castles are on a higher ground, it gives you a good view of the surroundings. This is also one of the World Heritage site in Okinawa.

Not the most elaborate or biggest castle ruins but worth the stop after yomitan pottery village. Lots of room to run around.

The ruins are on top of a hill and after walking a path lined by trees you would reach the stone walls, well-constructed but unless you are particularly fascinated by those walls there would not be much else that would be of interest.
