Water. Falls.

You stop, It's pretty. You take loads of photos and get sprayed by the waterfall. Then buy an ice cream in the shop. Job done!

On our way to Shiretoko Goko, we stopped by to admire the tranquility of this waterfall which was indeed beautiful. Free car park is available, toilet and souvenir shop is also on site.

These falls are accessed from a large car park with toilet and a tourist stop/cafe just to the south of Utoro. The falls can be viewed from several levels via a fairly steep stairway adjoining the car park area. They are quite pretty and there are signs in English giving information about the history of the falls and their place... More

A beautiful falls almost direct draining into the Sea of Okhotsk with easy access, 2 minutes walk from the parking lot along the highway 334 to Shiretoko National Park.

The waterfall is beautiful and much bigger in real life than what most photos I have seen of it convey. It is along the route to the hotels catering for most people visiting the Shiretoko Peninsula, and has a well developed car park and bathroom within 3 minutes walking distance of it. It is certainly worth a quick stop.

Worth a brief stop on the way to Utoro town to break up the monotony of driving. There was a little rainbow while we were there.

It is right off of the coastal highway with plenty of parking. We spent about half an hour walking to the fall from the parking lot and back. It is a nice looking waterfalls so I do recommend to anyone visiting the area.

This is a nice waterfall, located right before the entrance to Shiretoko Peninsula and Utoro town. As you are driving into the town, this waterfall is on your right, and you can't miss it! There's a flight of stairs that leads you up to be close to the falls and for some nice pictures. There are toilet facilities too and... More

We stopped by the Oshin Koshin waterfalls as our Aurora boat cruise in the afternoon was cancelled due to strong waves. There is a flight of steps to get to the top of the waterfalls. When you get near the waterfalls, the water that splashed on you was both refreshing and cooling. The waterfalls is certainly worth a stop if... More

Travelling towards Oturu one is suddenly confronted with a most magnificent scene of the Oshinkoshin Falls. Lying just yards from the road these falls splits in two about halfway down leaving one side a torrent of water whilst the other half is of a more gentle nature. Climb the steps in front of the falls for a close up view,... More
