Fantastic views are available a number of ways at this lake. There are signposted walks of different lengths around the area, you can hire kayaks and bikes, by the hour, from Active Andalucía, there is a restaurant which overlooks the water, and there is an inflatable assault course across the water if you want to get up close! It's also one of the few reservoirs in Spain that allow motorised craft on the water so there is a water-ski school which also offers wakeboarding and wakesurfing for every level. You can book a lesson with Xtreme Gene. There is also a man made beach and the water is safe for swimming, brilliant for those boiling hot Cordobean days!

The perfect place to cool off when the temperatures soar. Hired a kayak for an hour an went for a swim around the lake. Had a nice lunch (Flamenquin) & Seafood special and a couple of delicious gins (try May Gin!). Staff are very helpful and friendly.
