You have to go up a logging road for about 3.5 kilometres off of the pavement before exiting down a very rough trail of a road, that is narrow and steep, skilled camper/trailer operators recommended. Then you are rewarded with a beautiful lake, clear water wildlife, Mosquito population was low, nicely designed camping spots, and just far enough away, so as to not notice the odd logging truck up above. Toilets are old school rustic, but clean. If you are lucky enough to get a lake side spot your camping dreams are at your fingertips. …

Adams Lake Provincial Park is a wonderful Place to camp if you don’t want modern conveniences. Sitting on the shore of pristine Adams Lake it is a great and affordable option for tenters and people looking for a more rustic environment. There are no showers and you’ll have to use a pit toilet, but the quiet beauty of Adams Lake is worth the lack of facilities. We would definitely recommend visiting this park for the beach and rustic atmosphere. …

What a well laid out place lots of Parking easy access to the Adams River with a well designed viewing platform to watch the amazing sockeye return.
