My wife and I have been on a few zipline adventures over the last few years. Our expectations were not met at the Cypress Hills course. The initial 40 foot rope ladder was a non-starter for my wife (and a few others we saw that day). It was simply too daunting to climb 40 feet straight up on a wobbly rope ladder. So she did not participate, and of course, no refund is available. I continued on, and while guides were great, the landings on many of the lines were not set up very well. On other courses we have been on, you simply land on a platform at the end. Not here. On some you have to catch a knotted rope near the end, because you have to pull yourself up the platform steps at the end. On others you land on an inclined ramp - if you come in backwards, you will never get up the ramp. On the last landing, it is required to pull yourself up before the landing, or risk some gravel burn... In short we do not feel the course is set up very well at all compared to others we have been on. And the rope ladder at the start should be replaced - how about some stairs? Full marks for the fun guides though.

A fantastic experience for the family! Our guides on the zipline (Mckenna and Malcolm) were awesome! They engaged in the group...they encouraged every person and every zipline they introduced a new challenge. Tyler...was also awesome challenging the kids on their rock climbing and tree top fall!

Our zipline guides Nic and Malcolm were very professional, safety conscious and very encouraging. They helped my kids have fun and overcome their fears! They gave clear instructions before each line and as we approached each platform. I would highly recommend going!

Great bike ride. Test run on e-bikes. Bikes worked well. We switched them midday to try other sizes. Perfect for sight seeing here in Cypress. Would highly recommend.

GREAT family adventure!! Our initial start time of 11am was unfortunately rain delayed (with small hail and lightning a little further south), but we were rescheduled for 3pm. This rescheduling was not an issue for us as we were camping at the park, we were just glad that we could be rescheduled. Our time spent zipping through the tree tops with our two guides (Taryn and Malcolm) resulted in awesome times! Fun challenges along the way. Although Malcolm was the only one to hit the pine cone bullseye, he showed us that it could be done. Highly recommended activity.

This is a bit late of a review but I figured I would share my sons experience as it changed his perspective on challenges in life. We where on tour with tour guides Mason and Ashley both amazing guides. My son was terrified and froze on the rope ladder and Mason took him under his wing and climbed and talked to him. He got my son to do what I thought was impossible. The amount of care and compassion he showed to my son was truly amazing best way to describe was he acted like a big brother to him and my son will never forget that experience. Now he embraces challenges and faces his fears and it was a truly unforgetable experience.

Fun, enthusiastic, safe and patient guides. Great job Ashley and Paulson. Heights arent my thing but the whole experience was great. An enjoyable and fun activity for our family in a beautiful setting.

We participated in their zipline activity. the staff were so courteous and helpful. One young lad was particularly afraid of heights. The staff helped, encouraged this young lad, he completed the climb and the zip lining and was so proud of his accomplishment.
I recommend this adventure. Even though the initial rope climb was a bit scary, it was totally safe

The whole team was really kind (and fun). They found the right level of challenge for our children and it was a relaxing spot to watch them climb. Bike hire was also efficient, bikes in good condition. Thanks for great service.
(On site toilet was exceptionally clean)
