It's an easy way to get from Leukas to the other villages. The buses are well maintained, and they get you to your destination pretty fast.

Ktel bus services we use all the time. My husband and I. There are winter and summer schedules. We got a little booklet which has their timetables. We live in Kalamata and have to be going to Athens frequently and this service works perfectly. One can purchase their ticket at the bus station here in Kalamata or Athens. One can use cash or card. The buses normally go every 2 hours with this Winter schedule. It costs 24 euros from Kalamata to Athens. They are Always on time. The buses are very comfortable. The staff are very friendly. The buses are Always clean and the drivers are very careful, they know the route well. Sometimes they make 3-4 stops, bathroom break, cigarette break etc. -15 minutes. I was lucky last time I travelled as the bus didnt stop. I just wanted to get back home to (Kalamata). Thank you! HIGHLY recommended service. Will Continue to use as Long as we are here.

These bus people could teach other Europeans a lesson. When a bus is full, the ticket collector just gets on the phone to call up another bus which arrives within minutes. Greece doesn't work?? No!!!
