While in Sinis this is a great stop; pause, relax and feel the world disappear for a while. Sounds a bit new agey, but it really is a modest and yet beautiful old church.

Near the ruins of Talos, in a small village stands this age old church. Very lovely in the afternoon sun. Inside just the bare walls, very impressive. Nearby square houses an information center on the peninsula and its beaches. Please notice that there is a...More

The church of San Giovanni is a magnificent example of 11th century design. Inside the simplicity adds to its charm, with a small altar and very interesting wooden tabernacle. Well worth a visit.

This Paleochristian era church is so old! It feels like the stones carry centuries of spiritual energy with its simple interior, cool and damp atmosphere. A quick stop and free.

The church is built on an area formerly used as a necropolis Punic and then Christian. It is located near the beach with the same name and is very interested for the history passionate.
