We visited Fromagerie Ganot in October, 2012, as part of a luxury barge cruise through the Champagne region in France. After enjoying wine tastings at Champagne houses large and small, we were ready to learn about another famous product from the area, Brie cheese.

Hi the tour was about 90 minutes but plan for 120 minutes as it depends on group size and how many questions are asked. cost 5€ for adult 4.50 for children. We didn't book at all but you can to be safe. English isn't to much of a problem but you will have to be patient and wait till the end of each section for explanations. We enjoyed listening to the chat in french, picking up the odd bits. Hope that helps
