The views are one of the most amazing I've ever seen. You have to lie flat on the canoe to avoid injury. Unfortunately, my foot got scratched getting into one of the caves, lying flat! It wasn't a big scratch but still have the scar😂. I got first aid help as soon as we got to the big boat. It is worth it, just watch out for those spikes!

You won’t travel to Panak island on its own. It is one of the stops on the way to James Bond Island. We explored Panak by canoe from our tour boat. Going through the mud caves was really interesting and the visit beauty of the island will make you feel happy. I took some really nice photos to remember it.

Our guide paddled us in a canoe and the views around the caves were mesmerising, waters are very calm and you can experience the musical chirping of birds.

we went to panak island during our tour to james bond island they took us around the water and mountains by boat and a leader and we went into the cave and saw bats there but what is so interesting is that there is no place to get off the boat for tourists so you cant see any dirt or trash around its so natural so clean and remained intact unlike the rest of places we have visited

Travelled in December 2015. Climate was good which made overall expedience present. Water quality is bad. Not at all like phi phi or other places. So dont expect a clear blue sea.

Nothing much to see here in Panak Island / Cave. Walked through the cave which was a new experience for me. Make sure you were safety helmets and have a torch with you. Waterproof bag is recommended if carrying valuables with you.

Koh Pa Nak has wonderful scenery around the island, the rocks and cliffs with beautiful stalactites and many caves. A Must-See when around.
